Junior Membership Information

Becoming a Jr. Member in the Society of Mayflower Descendants in the state of Ohio will encourage our children to take pride in their Mayflower Heritage. Any member of the General Society of Mayflower Descendants in good standing may submit an application for Junior Membership on behalf of any child under the age of 18, who is related to the adult by blood through the line the member was approved. The Sponsor will need to copy and print this application and fill it out. The one-time application/registration fee of $25.00 must accompany the application with the remittance made payable to SMDOH and indicate in memo Jr. Membership for (name of child). No documents are required.
